When ordering a commission you agree to the following

  • The payment must be made in advance, only via Paypal, until I receive the payment the work will not start.

  • payment must be made within 48 H.

  • Payment plans can be available only over 100 Eur amount.Payment plans will be discussed with the buyer in private throught a contact provided by them.

  • If you have chosen to keep the commission private, be sure to save all files. I will not be able to provide any material once the commission is fully completed, the files will be deleted.

  • No refund not even in the sketch phase, since I still offered you my service.

  • Full refound available only if requested before the sketch

  • I have the right to decline the commission or ask you to change the subject.

  • I give the client with a work in progress, during the sketch phase, you can ask for three changes for free, beyond the 3 changes there will be a small price increase (+5 EUR for each extra change).

  • The client can grant that they commission is not made public definitively or by a date chosen by they.

  • I do not accept Commissions without you already having a Design of the Oc in question, and if precisely on the basis of my free will I decide to accept it, you will pay a sum of + 40 € or more based on the complexity of this theoretical design.

  • I will adapt the character design according to my style.This means that anything that doesn't reflect my style will be minimally modified. (E.s. if you send me an anime style reference be prepared to see her facial features interpreted differently)

  • Don't pressure me while drawing, keep in mind that I can't stay at the computer all day, and between a moment and another of commission I need to disconnect with personal art, so don't rush me and don't ask all the time, since you I will update personally when there are updates.

Usage Policy

  • Any profit movement on my works will not be accepted. The person responsible for commercial copies and their production will be permabanned and blacklisted for any kind of future interaction.

  • 1. I, the creator and artist of the work, own full rights to the original artwork. It could be used as an example for future commissions or for your personal portfolio.

  • 2. You have no right to alter, modify and copy my work. DON'T remove the watermark / signature and keep the credits.

  • 3. You can repost the artwork. However please keep the watermark clearly visible and/or if it should be cut off please provide credit or a link back to my page.

  • 4. I do not authorize any kind of commercial distribution of my works. It would be welcome if you didn't use my art as a commercial or marketing product for your own interest.

  • 5. If you intend to print an artwork from me for totally personal use, for example: a covers, a t-shirt, a sticker ... It would be appreciated that permission be asked to me.

  • I can't assure my positive answer. in any case it would be appreciated to ask, thanks.

What program do you Use?
I use Clip Studio Paint and sometimes Procreate for edits,but i prefer CSP,i used Medibang too and I recommend it!What tools do you use?
I use many standard brushes except for markers, I have many packs downloaded, I love downloading brushes even if I don't use them :,Dcan i use your art?

It depends, I announce that I come from a situation where my designs, animals and humans, have been copied or heavily inspired.
So first of all no, I wouldn't be too pleased after this delicate situation, which has affected my mental health.
But there are many ways to make an oc using the same/similar palette and have a different and original result at the expense of the starting point.
But i wouldn't agree if in addition to the similar palette, there were some traits or specific Hairstyles or these things,in short if the design features the color+trait combo I would ask you to rework on the design out of respect for me and my mental health.
Even just taking references on pinterest that can give ideas helps, personally I use pinteres a lot and using it as a collage for a moodboard helps a lot.
I myself have created different designs using the same or similar palette, so my answer is a no... but also a yes.
Obviously I disdain a copy, something that can be confused with my oc is a great NO, but if the result is totally different despite similarities and has its own soul, its own identity that cannot be confused with my original then I'm ok.
A credit would still be nice, even just to be honest,it would also help me to see you from another point of view.can i draw your oc?

Yes, I use it daily so as to write and have a sort of comfortable database for my ocs, it used to be more public but due to heavy stalking and plagiarism problems I limited my public Toyhouse to 3-4 ocsare you available to work with everyone or do you have a blacklist?
I'm available to work with everyone, of course I'm not always open to AT or collab, but I have no problems.
Yes, I have a blacklist of people I don't want to see or hear from, with whom I have had a history of stalking, harassment, design plagiarism, lovebombing accusations,and since then I carry various social anxieties and I hope I never have to deal with these subjects again
I don't forbid anyone to simply interact with them,given that the problem is between me and these individuals, and not with the public which I believe should not speak since they don't know all the facts behind the scenes.
